What is a “Health Training and Medical Fitness Instructor”, well simply, it is a person or persons trained to deliver detailed nutritional education and practical exercise programmes for the Musculoskeletal and Cardiovascular system of the body to all Nuexcom patients and clients.

What is the main difference to a Nuexcom training course than that of a conventional course passed by hundreds every year? Mainly it is the confidence and competence that our instructors gain from the training that they receive, thus leading to a 100% success rate for clients and patients alike.

Every instructor, lay or experienced is trained over a 6 month period and taken through a set of demanding modular courses of both practical and theoretical exams.

Each of the modules is taught in house by health professionals and each module concludes with both a theoretical and practical exam. Each of the 6 modules must be passed at the required level before an instructor can move on to become a fully qualified Nuexcom Health and Medical Instructor.

Every Nuexcom Instructor works alongside General Practitioners, Sport Medicine specialists, orthopedic specialists, Sports and fitness coaches covering many disciplines.

The task of all Nuexcom Health and Medical Instructors is to facilitate programmes that yield quick and safe results. Also to demonstrate the theoretical and practical skills that empowers the individual client or patient to progress successfully
