Capsaicin :-Helps generate blood flow to the muscles sustaining maximum load during intense training and competition enabling best and more consistent performance. Capsaicin’s warming effect will also help increase muscle temperature delivering better movement especially in cold conditions.

Burdock:- Is known for its “anti-edema” effect to significantly reduce swelling quickly.

Arnica:- Helps soothe tired painful areas especially bruises,contusions,extravasations of blood.

Aloe Vera:- Used as an external anti-inflammatory for most types of injury and  transdermal action for topical applications e.g. muscle and tendon strains.

DIRECTIONS - Wash hands with soap thoroughly after use.

PERCUTANE  SHOULD BE APPLIED LIGHTLY AT FIRST

1. Massage a small amount into the required area.
2. Increase use for extra warmth if desired to suit your level of comfort.
3. For pre-sport warm-up routine, apply half an hour before activity.
4.  A hot shower, further exercise or perspiration can temporarily re-activate the warming benefit.
5. To reduce warmth, cold sponge the affected area.
6. Do not use on children under 5 years or under a heating pad or thermal support.
   

Avoid contact with eyes or sensitive body areas.
For external use on unbroken skin only.
