Goods (excluding toiletries, underwear or earrings) must be returned in new, unused condition and with any labels still attached, within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

Unless damaged or faulty, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items.

Orders will be shipped first or second class by Royal Mail or using a courier company. If you are not in when the courier company tries to deliver your item they will leave you a card - call this to arrange a re-delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us due to it not being collected from the post office then a further charge for re-delivery will be made.
