Royal Mail & Courier Postage Explanations

Free Delivery
Delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class Postal Service. Royal Mail aim to deliver by the third working day after posting, typically this option is 2 to 3 days longer than the 1st class service. This service is only available for orders up to 1800g in weight or value of goods exceeding £100-00.
 
First Class Post
Royal Mail aim to deliver by next working day, including Saturdays, typically this service is 1 to 2 days.
 
Courier
Next working day courier service for UK mainland in-stock orders placed before 1pm. Delivery usually between 9am - 6pm Monday – Friday. Does not apply to bank holidays. Where goods not in stock delivery is next working day after stock arrival.
 
Courier (Overseas)
For International orders over 2kg in weight and for a speedier delivery timescales typically within 48 hours for European Destinations and between 3 & 5 days for Worldwide.
 
Air Mail
Royal Mail’s Air Mail service is used for International orders up to 2kg in weight. Royal Mail aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five, however much will depend on the speed of your local post. Typically parcels can take up to 10 working days after delivery. If you select this option you take the responsibility of the parcel going astray during post. N.B Size restrictions apply..
 
Air Mail (Insured)
This is the insured version of airmail whereby Royal Mail obtain a signature on delivery at the destination. If an item is sent by this method and is lost during post we will resend free of charge.
