Bookings made for hourly sessions or appointments via text, e-mail, telephone, and letter or in person are deemed booked upon receipt of confirmation.

Cancellations of hourly sessions or appointments will only be accepted by notice of 24 hours.

Block booking cancellations regardless of appointments scheduled, duration or location will not be refunded, but may be resold to a third party.

In the event of a client’s regular booked instructor or clinician being unavailable a new appointment will be rescheduled within 7 days dependent upon all parties’ availability. If this is not possible or is deemed essential a replacement instructor or clinician will be appointed to you for the original booked appointment.

Failure to keep booked appointments or appointments not cancelled within the specified time carry the full consultation, treatment or session fee, hourly or otherwise.

All fees are payable at the time of booking of all appointments.

In the event of illness, accident or misadventure appointments will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.

Repeated failure to keep appointments or comply with instructions or treatments given may result in the termination of the treatment or programme or may require a new consultation appointment.

All clients should attend their appointments or sessions appropriately dressed.

All pre-existing illnesses, disorders or diseases must be made known to Nuexcom, their employees and attending clinicians.

All GP and insurance referrals require clients to complete and return the appropriate forms.

All additional materials, services or products are sold and charged for separately.
